CNC Automatic Single Grinding Wheel Mill Grinding Machine

The machine is suitable for milling the forming curved surface of medium-sized glass, sapphire, ceramics and other brittle materials to meet the requirements of size and appearance. Through the customized shaped sleeve grinding wheel, the rough and fine formed surfaces of the workpiece are milled;

1) Place the embryo material and finished material in two material trays respectively, and take and place the finished materials through X and Y modules to facilitate the differentiation of materials;

2) The workpiece feed and rotation adopt NC mode, which can be processed in multiple stages, and set reasonable feed speed, processing volume and workpiece speed to meet the requirements of accurate size and roughness;

3) The digital display meter configured with data transmission can regularly detect the vector height difference of the workpiece, feed back the size that does not meet the requirements, and automatically compensate the processing;

4) Customized suitable dressing oilstone can trim the grinding wheel to ensure the cutting force of the grinding wheel (Sapphire and ceramic materials are optional);

5) Configure vacuum detection to monitor the vacuum degree of glass adsorption in real time to avoid empty pieces;

6) 10 "touch screen is configured, and all parameters and buttons can be set, checked and troubleshooting through the screen;

7) The cast iron base of the whole machine, the matching surface is scraped and formed, the structural design is reasonable, and has the characteristics of precision, stability and high efficiency;

8) The appearance of the whole machine is neat and beautiful.

1) Take the X and Y linear modules as the workpiece carrier and receive materials in parallel according to the blank box and finished material box;

2) Complete the functions of reclaiming, transportation, centering, turning and clamping through a variety of cylinder combinations;

3) Servo control is adopted for feeding and automatic processing in sections to ensure the processing quality;

4) Touch screen real picture, convenient parameter setting, intuitive and clear buttons and intuitive fault detection;

5) Install fixed protective covers at all transmission parts;

6) Each box cover is equipped with a safety switch.
