Quartz Crystal
Quartz crystal (Quartz) is an excellent artificial growth crystal, which is grown in autoclave by hydrothermal method, and has left and right rotations. Quartz crystal has low stress birefringence and high refractive index uniformity, with a transmittance range of 0.15-4um. Due to its piezoelectric properties, low thermal expansion coefficient, excellent mechanical and optical properties, quartz crystals are used in electronics, precision optics and laser technology, optical communication, X-ray optics and pressure sensors.
